How does a patient sign up for the Annual Plan?
This article explains how to enroll in Docnote's Annual Plan, including choosing a payment frequency (monthly or yearly) and managing family accounts
- Once a patient has created their Docnote account, they can access the "Annual Plan" tab located on the left-hand side of their dashboard. By selecting "Annual Plan," they will be directed to a page displaying the office’s list of services and associated discounts offered through the Annual Plan. To enroll, they can click Get Started and proceed with the setup process.
- Next, choose the type of annual plan you wish to enroll in. For couples and family plans, all requests and management will be handled through the primary account associated with the subscription. We strongly recommend that couples and families use a single primary account for all related requests, as Docnote supports only one primary account per annual plan. If multiple accounts currently exist, decide which one will serve as the primary account for your annual plan subscription before completing the sign-up process.
- Select the payment frequency for your Annual Plan. Offering both monthly and yearly payment options allows patients greater flexibility, making the plan more accessible by spreading costs over time rather than requiring one large upfront payment.
