Is there a way to view a full history of a request?
Following the Audit Trail
You have the option to go back and view the details of your request.
To view the details of your request, go to the “Requests” tab on the dashboard on the left-hand side, find the specific request whose detail you would like to review, and click the three dots, prompting you to select View Details.
In selecting View Details, there are three tabs for information:
- Overview - this is the overview of the request including the Patient Details, Request Details, Files, Final Documents, Internal Communication, and External Communication.
- Payment Info - here you can see the transaction details of your request, resend a receipt, or refund a payment.
- Timeline - the timeline is a chronological record of all completed steps of the request with details of each step. These details include dates, times, and a description of each step.
