How to Use Auto Send Feature
The auto send feature offers a convenient and hassle-free way for patients to automatically receive their completed forms as soon as the request is paid for.
Quick Form
- Quick form requests have the auto send feature built into the request. Once the patient has paid, the form is automatically sent to the patient.
Standard Requests
- Once you have created your request, under the Final Documents tab you can click if you want to send all final documents to the patient and 3rd party upon payment.
- Change the status to pending payment. The patient will receive an email notification asking for payment on form. The patient or 3rd party depending on who was selected will receive a notification to make payment on the request.
