How do I verify a patient?
Verifying patients is for offices to confirm patient details.
Verify Patient Details
- Once you have viewed the form you can follow the Verification Task List. Verify the patient by selecting the edit button. This will prompt a side window to appear and you can edit the patient details if needed. You can select which recipient will receive the bill and add any additional fees or discounts. Check the box to verify the patient. The orange unverified label will change to a purple label saying verified.
- Next select the type of service the patient sent and assign it to the appropriate staff. If there is only one PCP or staff member the name will automatically populate.
