How do I delete or edit a patient?
This feature allows you to disable, view or edit a patient’s profile. By disabling a patient this does not delete their account it simply but them as inactive.
  1. Start by selecting the “Patient” tab on the left side of the screen. Screen the patient’s name in the search bar or scroll through to find their profile. Once the profile is found you can select the 3 orange dots. 

 

 

  1. This will prompt three options to populate. View Profile allows you to view the patient’s profile as well as any request submitted through their account. Edit Profile allows you to view and edit their name, address, email etc. Selecting Disable User will deactivate the account.
