Prescription requests can be submitted via fax, and need to be approved by the office. To begin managing this request, you can start by selecting  Prescription Refill as the type of service in the request tab.

1. Select the patient's name using the dropdown if they already have an account or manually enter the patient's name. Enter the pharmacy’s contact information. 

1. Upload the approved prescription request. Enter the type of service and hit submit. 

1. Similar to a quick form once the request is submitted the patient will receive an email notification requesting payment for the prescription request.
