How do I publish or unpublish an office?
Publishing an office makes it live on the website.
Once your office is published online, it becomes accessible and visible to patients. You can use this same section to unpublish an office. If you ever need to close for a short period, temporarily close your office instead.
- If you have not done so already you must add the Primary Care Provider to publish the office. You do so by following the instructions located in Adding Team Member or Primary Care Provider to an Office Section.
- Once the Primary Care Provider is assigned the Office Onboarding Task List is complete you can publish the office by selecting Publish on the office profile in the Office Info tab on the left-hand side.
