How do I add services to my office?
Add services to your office that patients can request.

Services refers to various types of forms or procedures that patients can submit or request online. 

 

To add services, select Services on the left-hand side of the dashboard. Then select Create Service.

 

Fill out the required information in the window that appears on the right hand side after selecting Create Service. You can select who the service will be billed to, which includes Patient, 3rd Party, Service Canada or Docnote Debit. 

If the office is  HST registered and stated that in the Office Profile section all service will automatically check off to be HST applicable. 

 

You can enable or disable a service so that it does not show up when you are selecting a service for your request. 

 

You are able to select 3 feature services to show up on the patient dashboard. By selecting include in the uninsured service list it will also appear on the list but it will be alphabetical. 

 

Docnote allows you to copy over their suggested fees for forms that are in alignment with the OMA fee guide and where appropriate the best practice fee. Each office/physician has the ability to edit the fee or  with their preferred fees rightJust type in the code or name of the service in the search bar and the service will show up. If they are missing fees or services, send us an email at [email protected]. A screenshot of the OMA website with the suggested fees and we will update it.
