How do I download a rostered patient list in QHR Accuro and export to a .CSV file?
To export a rostered patient list, including their date of birth (DOB) and email addresses, to a CSV file in Accuro, follow these general steps:
  1. Log in to Accuro and Navigate to Reporting:

From the main menu, select the "Reports" section.

  1. Create a New Query or Use an Existing One:

Go to "Query Builder" and create a new query or use an existing one that filters for rostered patients.

  1. Specify Required Fields:

In the query setup, include fields for:

    • First Name
    • Surname
    • DOB
    • Email Address
    • Health Number 

Ensure the DOB format aligns with your intended CSV structure (dd-mm-yyyy).

 

4. Run the Query:

 

Execute the query to generate the list of rostered patients matching your criteria.

 

5. Export to CSV:

-Once the list is displayed, select the option to export or save the report.

-Choose CSV as the file format during the export process.

-Save the file to your desired location.

 

6. Verify and Edit the CSV:

-Open the CSV file in Excel or another editor to verify the data and ensure formatting matches any specific requirements (e.g., exact column titles).

-Double-check for any inactive or deceased patients.
