To access your office’s Annual Plan information, click Plans at the bottom of the dashboard on the left under Service Management
To view patients enrolled in the Annual Plan, click on the “Subscribers” tab. This section displays details such as the patient’s name, type of plan, payment frequency, start date, and the plan’s status. To make updates to a specific patient, click the three-dot menu next to their name and select “Edit Patient".
In selecting “Edit Patient”, you will be able to see the patient’s information, such as their first and last name, their contact information, their OHIP number and their specific Annual Plan subscription. You will be able to edit this information here.
You can also verify if a patient is subscribed by navigating to the Patient tab. Subscribed patients will be identified by a purple dot displayed under the plan column.
