How Do I Decline a Refund Request?
Please note that this action is final and cannot be undone.
  1. Select “Decline Request” and provide the reason or any additional notes regarding the declined refund request. Click “Confirm” to finalize. 

 

 

  1. The patient will receive an email notification that their request for a refund has been declined as well as the reason. 

 

 

 

3. The office can view the reason for the request in Docnote in the Timeline of the declined request.
