How Do I Decline a Refund Request?
Please note that this action is final and cannot be undone.
- Select “Decline Request” and provide the reason or any additional notes regarding the declined refund request. Click “Confirm” to finalize.
- The patient will receive an email notification that their request for a refund has been declined as well as the reason.
3. The office can view the reason for the request in Docnote in the Timeline of the declined request.
