How do I add a patient?
Invite patients to Docnote with ease.
For patients to use Docnote, they must first agree to the terms and conditions, which is why offices cannot directly add patients themselves. Instead, offices can invite patients to join, ensuring their consent to share confidential information.
Adding Patients
- To add patients click the Patients tab on the left-hand side. Then select Invite Patient on the patient dashboard.
- You will then be prompted to add the patients email. It gives you the option to add more then one email at a time just by selecting the plus button. You can also add an additional notes to email when the patient receives their link to create their account.
