What communication tools are in Docnote?
Docnote has three communication tools to use to your advantage. The first communication tool is internal communication and the last two are patient communication and text messaging.
You can access these communication tools within the specific request section of the platform.
1. Internal Messaging provides a seamless way for office members to collaborate on requests. By using the tool, you can easily assign requests to specific individuals by mentioning “@” them. Once assigned, the tool will automatically trigger email notifications to the designated person, ensuring timely awareness and action.
- Patient Messaging is used to communicate with patients. Simply type in your message and click Send. Once you send your message, they receive an email notification and be able to respond through the request link.
- Text Messaging allows easy communication with patients. When you send a text, they'll receive a text notification on their mobile device. The patient can view the messages, but cannot respond via text.
