How Do I Accept a Refund Request?
Please note that this action is final and cannot be undone.
  1. Click “Approve Request” and then select “Confirm” to finalize the action.

 

  1. If the refund request is approved the status of the request will update to cancelled. 

 

 

  1. The patient will receive an email notifying them the refund request has been issued as well as a receipt for their refund.
