Adding Team Member or Primary Care Provider to an Office:

- Select Team from the Office Management section on the left hand side. Then select Invite User.
- This will prompt a new side tab to open asking for the following information for the new user. Patients are not able to view staff names on Docnote, when correspondence goes through Docnote it says the office name only. Please review the roles and permissions to be able to select the correct permissions for your users.
*Please note to publish your office you must assign a Primary Care Provider this is where you assign the PCP to complete the checklist.
